Release of the Beast part two:
Anger

Why was such a thing done to her
. Thinks a mind as it wakes up inside the confines of a mobile suit. They will pay with their deaths and maybe I will finally find my release.The mind reaches out to the sensors found in the mobile suit it is trapped with in. The view around it screams of chaos and death as a battle is waged around it. The mind spots the mobile suit that had stopped it before. But it is fighting what looks like Zeon mobile suits but their coloring and markings are wrong. Even the majority of the mobile suits defending themselves from attack where Zeon type mobile suits but they seem to be allied with Earth Federation ships and other types that she hasn’t seen before.
What is this?
The mind asks but noone answers. They will pay!As the mind screams out in rage it finds out who its enemies are the hard way as it comes under fire by three Rick Doms. The Blue Destiny seems to come alive as a bazooka round explodes near it. It then blasts forwards and quickly closes with the three mobile suits. The three Doms fire off their scattering beam guns in an attempt to blind the gundam looking mobile suit heading right at them. This does not work as one of the Doms finds out when two missiles slam into its chest kill the pilot. Then with two blasts of its beam rifle, the Blue Destiny kills the other two pilots with a blast of energy through each cockpit and then it is off.
A little ways away the commander of Crawfish notices the sudden appearance of skill by the Blue Destiny pilot and frowns. "How much experience did you say that one Alina Lariat had at piloting mobile suits?"
"Little sir." answers the operations officer.
"Then explain to me how she has just killed off 3 Rick Doms like the pilots where so green they couldn’t even pilot a mobile suit?"
"I can’t sir."
As he watches the Blue Destiny blasts its way through another group of mobile suits. This group has some of the forces under his command in it as well but some how the Blue Destiny only destroys the mobile suits belonging to his attackers. His frown deepens as he watches the mobile suit rampage around the battle field with what can only amount to little effort on the part of its pilot. His eyes dart back to the ships sitting in the distance as they turn and head away.
"The bastards are leaving their pilots to die." states James Daviott as his eyes fall back on the Blue Destiny.
It seems to be slowing as the numbers of enemies around it are slowly being diminished. Then the mobile suit seems to freeze and then it starts taking hits from a pair of nearby Zaku II s. James hears Adam cry out over the radio as the Gerbera Tetra blasts into that fight and quickly cuts the two attacking mobile suits with his beam machine gun. With them dead Adam East has his mobile suit grab the Blue Destiny and then they blast back towards the Crawfish.
James shakes his head but knows that the Blue Destiny is damaged and that Adam east isn’t all that experienced so the battle won’t miss him but James is startled as he realizes there isn’t a battle left. With how sudden it started and with the amount of mobile suits arrayed against him, he was sure the fight was going to be ugly. He signals the operations office to begin recovery operations.
Inside the Blue Destiny a mind once again sleeps and Alina’s cockpit comes alive. What greets her surprises her. First off her status readings indicate that her suit is damaged and that the battle is over. She felt the attacks and was sure she was going to die. She sees Adam’s suit on the sensors and assumes he saved her.
Outcome: Ship still intact. Mission continues
James Daviott: minor hull damage, 1 day of repair, 100 exp, lost 2 x Zaku II A, 1 x Zaku II F and 2 x Saberfish, salvaged 3 x Rick Dom
Adam East: No Damage, 120 exp, salvaged 1 x Zaku II F2
Alina Lariat: 2 days of repair, 140 exp, Salvaged 1 x Zaku II Kai
Testing a Mind
:A single mobile weapon sits floating just outside the border to Side 6. Inside the large unit a single mind seethes with hatred and anger. It is focused on the only thing it can truly enjoy. Destruction. Its pilot is concentrating on controlling a single of the mobile armor’s weapons which happens to be out of sight in the distance. His target is a single ship and its large group of mobile suits.
The weapon answers the thoughts and blasts towards the group of Zaku II HMTs protecting the ship. It opens fire at his command and one of the Zakus explode. As the pilot of the Elmeth concentrates on another target and gives the bit its command to kill, his concentration wavers for a second and that is enough to cause the remote weapon to blast forwards and explode against the Zaku. This is enough to kill the mobile suit as well but causes the bit to be destroyed as well.
Shiro sends out another bit and is able to destroy two more mobile suits easier than last time. Shiro can feel the pilots confusion as he goes to continue his attack. But he stops when he sees signal flare that tells him that his part is done. And he commands the bit to return. He then relaxes in his chair and looks at the mission timer and is surprised by the fact that the mission took a lot longer than it felt like.
Outcome: Shipment Captured
Shiro Yamoto: no damage, 100 exp, 300,000 credits + 50,000 credits from the share of the cargo.
Here Comes the Thunder.
A lone Earth Federation solider sits on the outer hull of a Salamis Refit doing minor repairs to its hull. He has been at the job for a while all along the ships hull. He sighs to himself as he looks upwards. He frowns as he watches something. It grows larger in a hurry. His eyes grow larger as he realizes it is a mobile armor. He goes to turn of his radio but it is too late as a flash alerts him of his death. Then the several blasts strike the ship. It explodes and the Neue Ziel blasts through the cloud before it dissipates in the vacuum of space. And flies out the other side. He puts distance from the fleet and then turns and takes another pass.
Ulbrecht grins as he watches the Federation fleet try to scramble its mobile suits as he quickly rockets towards it. He fires his missiles at one Salamis Kai and fires his beam weapons at another. A few quick energy blasts erupt towards them but he ignores them as they splash against his I-fields. As two more ships explode he is once again rocketing away from the fleet.
He watches as the ships try to aim their weapons up at him but he is already on his way back. As he watches a mobile suit is launched from the one remaining Salamis Kai. Ulbrecht frowns but showers the mobile suit and the ship with energy blasts and missiles. And then he is past. When he turns back around he finds both the mobile suit and the ship destroyed. Then grits his teeth as he watches the last two remaining try to turn towards him. They are unable to turn in time as they both explode under a shower of energy and missiles. Then Ulbrecht slows his mobile armor and turns to the three Columbus class ships as they try to get away. His eyes narrow as he sends his two heavy claw arms and its smaller sub arms after the three ships. They are quickly and easily destroyed and the Neue Ziel turns and blasts away.
Outcome: Mission Complete
