Ikumuwa Base

Buried underground in the ruins of Seoul lies the Ikumuwa Base, the home of the Black Gale Company.  There's a thriving underground city in the area since despite the ruins Seoul is still a popular tourist attraction due to it's pleasant weather for most of the year.  Black Gale's fortification was one of the few Korean bases that managed to resist the Japanese attack though eventually fell.  Fully restored and operational ready, the ruins of the city act as a wonderful cover that turrets can be deployed to making finding one of the hidden entrances to Ikumuwa dangerous.
