Arkhangelsk

Arkhangelsk was an important port in Russia during the great war, it was also one of the first targets to fall, cutting the USSR off from the Atlantic Supply lines. Surprisingly, most of the city remained in-tact and little rebuilding was required. Over time the port-city sprawled out in size and grew to be a non-critical Naval Facility of the European Empire.
