Description:
Remains of the once powerful Jupiter empire and abandoned during its demise. The Human Reform League found them and repaired so that they can be used for their own purpose. Callisto has become a possible source for new resources and so the Human Reform League has built research facilities to try and discover any usable resources.

Though old the building itself was well preserved and survived with minimal damage. Once power was restored and the base was properly sealed it was once again ready to be used. Repairs and plans are being made to upgrade and enlarge the base to add the proper facilities should there be reasonable amounts of resources to mine.

Despite being reinforced by the Myrmidons, Frost ultimately fell victim to the Neue Ziel II and was destroyed along with all of its facilities. Carved into the rocks nearby is a crude smiley face and the words “Nice Try.”
