Description: A small, underground outpost, La Dominante lies just below the surface of Mercury. Its minute size is perhaps its greatest asset—with only a handful of tiny, well-camouflaged gun emplacements above ground, finding the base is somewhat akin to finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. In the event of an attack, underground elevators can whisk the base’s small mobile suit contingent to the surface in minutes. The design and layout of the base is identical to Ponte dei Sospiri on the other side of the planet, leading Vanguard Horizon troops to refer to them as “The Twins.”

Recent History: Once a facility owned by the VH, La Dominante is now little more than a crater full of rubble, after a recent attack by ESA pilots.
