In the distant future the world we know today is very different. Humans have reached the stars and are living among them too, from colonies floating above Earth to the colonies of Jupiter the Human race has advanced very much. However in many ways it hasn’t and more so may never will. At the dawn of the colonization of the Mars, colonists above Earth wanted to govern themselves. It’s been nearly over 100 years since the time before more than one government was on Earth. Many people in the United Earth Union laughed at this idea causing a black lash in the colonies, in sue a war broke out between Earth and the colonies. 

            Many lives were lost in the process but in the end the sheer numbers in the UEU favored them for victory. However the face of warfare changed forever during this war, the colonies creating humanoid machines known as mobile suits to do combat against the UEU. The rectors that power such machines had an adverse affect on radar, radio and infrared waves; these waves were almost completely blocked and useless. This caused most the UEU forces to be destroy for they not only lacked mobile suits but most of their power was on the use of radar and radio waves to use far-distantness combat. A combat which as been used for ages past, the new age of close range combat forced the UEU to rethink and build their own mobile suits.

             The war lasted for years with both sides taking heavy damage but the UEU’s might over took the colonist and they were forced to give up their autonomy. The year is N.E. (Neo Era) 0089, the UEU still holds the sol system under its control but the war has loosen its control, this forces the UEU to find allies and draw in its forces from the very colonies they were fighting to the ones from Jupiter. With such re-building many cracks have open to allow unrest and such things to happen.
