Perhaps you should make a weak base called the Aviary and upon it's destruction all bases except Axis and Luna 2 are destroyed?

New Overwatch rules are anti-infantry biased, even though they should have the largest gain from overwatch *nod nod* Perhaps infantry should get a 50 RP support service and be able to setup listening posts...
