"This mission is open to any rouges though I would prefer those in space. I seek the destruction of the zeon mines located at 3 days from earth.
I offer to payment options
1. 200 rp for each mine destroyed. ( it must be completely destroyed )
2. a Colombus transport for every 3 mines destroyed
You only get one payment option so you will need to chose which one you want upon acceptance of the mission."
I take it it would be too much work for us to get to 3 days from earth to do this?

Since we are not even IN the Earth Sphere yet, it's very unimportant to us. Letters of marque or not, we're going to make some money doing things to the enemy.

Are we still going to be doing the mineral sell thing in the Earth Sphere or are you planning on instead filling all the ships up with soldiers? It may be worth noting that our guerillas benefit from the operative specialization so they should be able to take on the marines and their weaker brethren with a bit less difficulty than we originally thought.
Edit: A bit of math to help you along. An unmodified Bones can hold 1 Infantry and 4 Mobile Suits and an unmodified Dock can hold 2 infantry, 4 suits, and 4 fighters. We have 2 suits on each ship which leaves 3 potential Infantry slots on Bones and 8 on the Dock. I'm in a bit of a hurry right now but I don't know if we can really get those 8 infantry from the Dock to the Lighthouse without them being shot to pieces by the fighters.
Also should we be buying the service now to disguise the ship or maybe we should simply by a dummy asteroid and have the suits sit inside it or something?

Okay. Right now...
Bones 1 infantry slot - 1x guerrilla 5 MS slots - Samuel Riley, Addie Joiner, 1x guerrila, 2x mineral 4 cargo slots - 4x mineral
0 SPACE LEFT
Callysto 2 infantry slots - 2x minerals 4 MS slots - James Radcliffe (MAYBE?), Robin Sayer, 2x minerals 4x tank/fighter slots - 4x minerals 5x cargo slots - 5x minerals
0 SPACE LEFT
You are WRONG.

Assault on Lighthouse Station 2.0
Target: - Interplanetary Transport Craft Bowie, in CMC space fortification Lighthouse Station
Active PC participants: - Addie Joiner, in Zaku II C - James Radcliffe, Zaku II C - Robin Sayer, Zaku II C - Samuel Riley, on foot
Active NPC participants: - 2x Guerrilla (Operative spec) - 1x lvl0 Zaku II C (dismantled) - - 8x AA turrets (enemy) - 4x Marines (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball K (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Torieres (enemy) - 10x CMC infantry and countless personnel (enemy)
Purchases: - 4x terrorist contact (attached to barracks, 3x AA)
Objective: - Steal Bowie. - Limit damage to ships.
Plan of attack: The Bones and Callysto will arrive at the CMC space fortification Lighthouse Station disguised as private ore contractors. Bones' designation will be Independent Mineral Trading Vessel Aurora's Bliss, and Callysto is our ore scavenger Gemenon Traveller. We'll radio in a friendly greeting and ask permission to dock. Bones' cargo of minerals was jostled around going through the belt and we need the use of their freight cranes to situate it so it doesn't spoil.
Callysto will loiter away from the base at this point. Radcliffe and Sayer will be on standby in their Zaku's. They will not dock since their cargo is fine.
Note: Addie Joiner is hidden within a cargo crate, within her Zaku II C, waiting for Riley's signal.
Once docked, Riley will debark from the ship with 1x guerrilla dressed as freight handlers and present the dock master with falsified papers--enough to keep him occupied. If he's cleared, which he hopefully will be, they'll start moving boxes around. If he isn't, he'll argue with the dock master.
Through it all, there will come a time when Riley will smirk, start talking in his pirate voice, and tell the man his fate: there are four bombs on the station set to blow. Of the four, one is a nuclear bomb. As an example of his seriousness, he will detonate the terrorist bomb attached to the barracks. During this time 1x more guerrillas will join from the ship, guns drawn.
He'll pull a gun on the dock master. If there are armed Marines present, they will be told to toss their weapons. The dock master will be instructed to contact his supervisor so that Riley can speak to him directly and give him his terms.
Riley will submit his demands: the Bowie. He wants the ITC Bowie, undamaged, and he wants his forces to have a safe passage back to Deep Space. To ensure this, he will take ten hostages aboard the Bowie, and ten aboard the Bones. Once outside the base's defensive perimeter, he will release them in normal suits and go about his merry way. Not a shot will be fired, he promises, so long they don't shoot first.
One of three things may occur:
SITUATION A The base commander will agree to terms and allow them to go freely. Hostages will be released.
SITUATION B The base commander doesn't believe Riley, so Riley has to show him the dismantled Zaku's reactor in the crate. Riley shows the lengths at which he will go to secure the ship. At this point, he really DOES believe him and allows him to go about his merry way.
SITUATION C None of the above work. The base commander says no, or allows Riley to go, but plots to stop him--hostages or not. Whether this occurs before or after Riley boards the Bowie to leave, he will signal Addie at the first sign or sabotage.
Addie Joiner, in her Zaku II C, will spring from a crate and toss smoke and flashbangs to cover Riley's retreat (hostages will still be taken if possible), destroying all/most of the unlaunched fighters before they can scramble. Riley and crew will kill or subdue the Bowie's crew (no more than 13, I believe) and prep for launch. Before the two ITC's launch, Addie will go ahead and begin eliminating any AA turrets that may pose a threat.
3x terrorist bombs will detonate and destroy 3x AA on the base, or more.
In space, the Callysto will launch Sayer and Radcliffe. If there is a flight patrol, they will engage them. Callysto and the two Zaku's will destroy any potentially hazardous AA turrets and any remaining fighters. Callysto is tasked with acting as a shield for the two ITC's, soaking up as much damage as possible so they can move to open space.
Once reunited, all ships will flee together.

What is the benefit of the being allied with the JDEG?
They're paying for half the colony, it would help boost our income some.
Thoughts?

Assault on Lighthouse Station REVISED
Target: - Interplanetary Transport Craft Bowie, in CMC space fortification Lighthouse Station
Active PC participants: - Addie Joiner, in Zaku II C - James Radcliffe, Zaku II C - Robin Sayer, Zaku II C - Samuel Riley, on foot - other person, on foot (attached to 1x guerrillas)
Active NPC participants: - 2x Guerrilla (Operative spec) - 1x lvl0 Zaku II C (Operative spec) - - 8x AA turrets (enemy) - 4x Marines (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball K (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Torieres (enemy) - 10x CMC infantry and countless personnel (enemy)
Purchases: - 4x terrorist contact (attached to 4x AA turrets on Lighthouse) - 1x dummy balloon (asteroid)
Objective: - Steal Bowie. - Limit damage to ships.
Plan of attack: The Bones will arrive at the CMC space fortification Lighthouse Station disguised as private contractors. Our vessels designation will be Independent Mineral Trading Vessel Aurora's Bliss. We'll radio in a friendly greeting and ask permission to dock. Our engines have been acting up and causing us serious delays, one of our cargo containers has also come loose. We will be granted landing permission.
- Addie Joiner, in a Zaku II C, will be hidden in one of the cargo containers. She will only be authorized for anti-personnel weaponry, but have her 120mm machine gun on standby for mobile weapon encounters. She is to keep clear of both ships if she's called upon.
- 2x guerrilla unit and all crew members are dressed as freight haulers and ordered not to speak unless spoken to. We will all don protective hearing gear, the kind that most construction workers wear (explained below), as well as gasmasks concealed in carry-on bags.
Once we land, Riley will converse with whatever customs/etc officers to work out repair details. The crew (2x guerrillas) will disembark from the ship.
--20 minutes pass--
An anomaly will appear on the station's radar, said anomaly is actually the Callysto behind a dummy balloon. The balloon is designed to look like a sizable asteroid or comet. Robin Sayer, James Radcliffe, and 1x lvl0 Zaku II C will be prepped within the Callysto to launch in their mobile suits, 2x grenades armed as dummy balloons (small asteroids), and 2x armed as flash bangs.
Under the assumption that the CMC will launch fighters to intercept said asteroid, to try to beat it up before it reaches the AA's, they'll more than likely launch while the "asteroid" is well beyond the red line (the point which mobile weapon's fuel runs out), to try to intercept it as soon as possible. I estimate at least 40% of their forces will be launched, the other part left in reserve.
Once the fighters approach the asteroid, as they near firing range, Sayer, Radcliffe, and Zaku II C will launch from Callysto and throw dummy balloons to simulate the asteroid breaking up as well as to catch the approaching force's attention (this will also be used if the fortification attempts to relocate--creating a spread of rock that the incoming forces will need to deal with, regardless). Flash bangs will then be thrown at the same location. The mobile suits will engage the incoming forces, staying near the ship and balloon(s) for cover. With their fuel nearly gone, the fighters should be at least on equal terms with our own forces. If and when they overwhelm them, they will hold position outside the base's perimeter.
Riley and his 2x guerrillas will use the ensuing panic to approach the Bowie and gain access. The team will use teargas to immobilize any ship personnel, then take them as hostages (masks on, of course). Hostages in tow, the crew will push to the bridge and secure it. Once there, the base's commander will be contacted and hostage negotiations will commence.
Addie may be called upon to assist.
TERMS :: They recall their fighters and allow us to leave with the ship without a scratch. we release the hostages outside the base's firing range in normal suits and DON'T set off the countless bombs we've planted throughout the base (1x terrorist bomb attached to AA will be set off if an example is needed). Since CMC cannot be intimidated, this is not expected to happen.
SITUATION A If the base commander agrees to our terms. We go free, with the ship. Ol' Jove's Bones, Bowie, and Callysto rendezvous outside the base's perimeter and release hostages. Bombs may or may not go off.
SITUATION B If the base commander does not agree, or stalls to get the upper hand, or attempts to rescue the hostages.
Addie Joiner will emerge from her crate and use a combination of smoke grenades and flash bangs to cause a flurry of confusion within the hangar. She'll also broadcast a very, very loud rendition of "YOU ARE A PIRATE" chorus through her Zaku's speakers. Using anti-personnel weaponry, she will stop any advance made by the enemy to either ship, unless engaged by mobile weapons.
If negotiation appears impossible, all terrorist bombs will ignite and take out as many AA's as possible. Addie will get the ship dock door open, and proceed forward of the ships into space. She'll engage all AA's and mobile forces, protecting the ships at all cost. Radcliffe, Sayer, Zaku II C, and Callysto will provide support if possible. These forces MUST take any and all damage in this battle. Callysto is tasked with providing cover for any and all friendly ships, but not at its own expense.
Any remaining forces will reconvene, repair, and limp away.

Assault on Lighthouse Station DESTINATION AFTER BATTLE: MARS SPHERE
Target: - Interplanetary Transport Craft Bowie, in CMC space fortification Lighthouse Station
Active PC participants: - Addie Joiner, in Zaku II C - James Radcliffe, Zaku II C - Robin Sayer, Zaku II C - Samuel Riley, on foot (attached to 1x guerrillas) - Fritter MacIntosh, on foot (attached to 1x guerrillas)
Active NPC participants: - 2x Guerrilla (Operative spec) - 1x lvl0 Zaku II C (Operative spec) - - 8x AA turrets (enemy) - 4x Marines (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Ball K (enemy) - 5x lvl3 Torieres (enemy) - 10x CMC infantry and countless personnel (enemy)
Purchases: - 4x terrorist contact (attached to 3x AA turrets on Lighthouse; 1x attached to the most well-traveled passage to the ship dock) - 1x dummy balloon (asteroid)
Objective: Primary: Steal Bowie. Secondary: Limit damage to ships.
We will be granted landing permission, hopefully.
- Addie Joiner, in a Zaku II C, will be hidden in one of the cargo containers. She will only be authorized for anti-personnel weaponry, but have her 120mm machine gun on standby for mobile weapon encounters. She is to keep clear of both ships if she's called upon for action.
- The 2x guerrilla units attached to Riley and MacIntosh (and all crew members of the Bones) are dressed as freight haulers and ordered not to speak unless spoken to. We will all don protective hearing gear, the kind that most construction workers wear (explained below), as well as gasmasks concealed in carry-on bags.
Once we land, Riley will converse with whatever customs/etc officers to work out repair details. The crew (2x guerrillas, MacIntosh) will disembark from the ship.
MacIntosh and 1x guerrilla will take position around the Bowie, as if admiring it in some strange fashion.
--15-20 minutes pass--
An anomaly will appear on the station's radar, said anomaly is actually the Callysto behind a dummy balloon.
I estimate that a sizeable percentage of their forces will be launched, the other part left in reserve.
Once the fighters approach the asteroid, as they near firing range, Sayer, Radcliffe, and Zaku II C will launch from Callysto and throw dummy balloons to simulate the asteroid breaking up as well as to catch the approaching force's attention (this will also be used if the fortification attempts to relocate--creating a spread of rock that the incoming forces will need to deal with). Flash bangs will also be thrown. The mobile suits will engage the incoming forces, staying near the ship and balloon(s) for cover. With their fuel nearly gone, the fighters should be at least on equal terms with our own forces. If and when they overwhelm them, they will hold position outside the base's perimeter and await communication from Riley.
1x terrorist contact attached to the well-traveled passage to the dock will explode.
Riley and his 1x guerrillas will use the ensuing panic to approach the Bowie and gain access, nonchalantly taking out whatever guards there may be. The team will use teargas to immobilize any ship personnel within, then take them as hostages (masks on, of course). Hostages in tow, the crew will push to the bridge and secure it. Once there, the base's commander will be contacted and hostage negotiations will commence. The ship will be sealed up tight.
Addie may be called upon to assist (Riley will be in constant contact with her).
TERMS :: They recall their fighters and allow us to leave with the ship, unaccosted. Once the that is seen to, we'll release the hostages outside the base's firing range in normal suits and won't set off the countless bombs we've planted throughout the base (1x terrorist bomb attached to AA will be set off if an example is needed). Since CMC cannot be intimidated, this is not expected to happen (but Riley does have the Intimidate specialization).
SITUATION A If the base commander agrees to our terms. We go free, with the ship. Ol' Jove's Bones, Bowie, and Callysto rendezvous outside the base's perimeter and release hostages. Bombs may or may not go off. No refunds, after all. All forces will proceed to Deep Space (course: Mars Sphere).
SITUATION B If the base commander does not agree, or stalls to get the upper hand, or attempts to rescue the hostages.
Addie Joiner will emerge from her crate and use a combination of smoke grenades and flash bangs to cause a flurry of confusion within the hangar. She'll also broadcast a very, very loud rendition of "YOU ARE A PIRATE" chorus through her Zaku's speakers (ear protection for any who need it). Using anti-personnel weaponry, she will stop any advance made by the enemy to either ship, unless engaged by mobile weapons. If required, she will engage the Balls present in the fortification.
If she is needed to halt said activities so that negotiations can continue, Riley will flash the Bones'/Bowie's floodlights.
If negotiation appears impossible, all terrorist bombs will ignite and take out as many of the fortification's AA's as possible. Addie will get the ship dock door open, and proceed forward of the ships into space. She'll engage all AA's and mobile forces, protecting the ships at all cost. Radcliffe, Sayer, Zaku II C, and Callysto will provide support if possible. These forces MUST take the majority of the damage in this battle. Callysto is tasked with providing cover (soaking up damage) for any and all friendly ships, but not at its own demise.
Any remaining forces will reconvene, repair, and limp away to Deep Space (course: Mars Sphere).
SITUATION C (CONTROL?) All stated situations fail in some way and all pirates are forced to retreat. Riley and MacIntosh will flee to the Bones, Joiner covering them without killing them. Callysto and all mobile weapons provide cover and minimalize damage to the Bones. All forces retreat to Deep Space (course: Mars Sphere).

What is the plan after this? After the repair on Mars/Deep space? Do we have a list of targets to hit afterwards?
