well, a cursory look at the bases, ships, and fleets section looks like anything we'd attack would go poorly for us. The only things I can see us taking are the mine on Mars' Moon. But even that is iffy.

I have to agree with our accountant. I think the Shang-hai plan is good. it's mutually benificial for them to join us.
