We should, more or less, be set. Here’s what I just did:
-Updated everyone’s status for last Thursday. Sorry about that!
-Paid you all. I may have paid some of you twice by accident; if that’s the case, be quiet and enjoy your cash, I don’t want to hear about it =p
-Removed a bunch of inactives
-Related to above, Fallen Stars is now dissolved due to lack of members. Satyricon and Landing Pad revert to SRA ownership, while Olympus Mons and Aichaku Mines revert to their original owners (Reborn and Zeta). Vulture reverts to Zeta’s ownership, but Lenin’s Palm becomes an SRA NPC ship, as Zeta can’t own two ships. As per the rules, the house keeps Fallen Stars’ team account.
-Gave all the Dakar people VP. Sorry!
-Fixed a couple of people who were switching to non-upgraded suits who had the wrong switch time.
-Sazabi is now Nightingale.
-DOM Trooper is now Griepe.
-Marked a few people as inactive; Double X + G-Falcon is the most egregrious of these.
That should about cover it.

One ambush, one spar. There as a third ambush sent in, but was apparently invalid due to location.
Nice to actually finish an update in or near the night it started for the first time in a while.

Also, I know there’s a backlog built up at the moment with regards to hangar snafus; I’ll deal with that tomorrow if Sky doesn’t get it.
Concering the asteroid belt bases, I need to talk to the dude who is buying them.

On another note, I honestly would like to know how the writing processes of the various writers work. I literally am befuddled by how anyone can take 6-10 hours to write two ambushes and a spar.

Additional new rule: NPC bases no longer count for sov purposes.
Form teams, land rush, and entertain me, mortals! No more NPC farming for you. Better hurry, or Vanguard Horizon will rush to sew things up. ;p
On a more personal note, I’d like to bid farewell to Kale and Scarth. Both are quitting the RPG; Kale is entering college soon, and Scarth is moving and won’t have internet for some time. It’s been a blast, guys; hopefully you return some day. :>

….but instead I took the time to do this weekend update. Anyone who questions my dedication to this RPG should think back to this weekend and know that I took time from a friends bachelor party to make sure you jackels get paid and the new people are added.
I’m not sure if I should be proud or saddened by that.
