Right. You’re all paid, and all Thursday stuff except Ryu’s purchase and Zeta’s upgrade are done (I’ll be doing that shortly). War rules have been modified as well, and it now takes an extra day to enter planetary orbit from deep space. This is mostly for mechanical issues and to reduce confusion on my part– hopefully it will remove the annoyances from space movement being fscked up. I also made a small change to the duel section to note that it’s possible to design a base specifically as a place to duel (note that such bases will, by their nature, only able to be lightly defended).
Also, since people kept bugging me to add the Ptolemaios to the Rogue shop/make it an FFA prize/whatever, I did add it… as an NPC ship. If you want it, go try to take it away from the current owners. ;p
I’m gonna start adding some more gimmick bases and so forth over the next couple of weeks (eg the long-promised Master Zam thing and so forth). Might as well give you all something more to do than beat on each other, after all.
Finally, I’d like to announce a Halloween FFA, in honor of FI being open six months (as of tomorrow). A signup thread will be posted shortly with the details.

Okay, all the stuff, with the exception of the Helios event, is now dealt with. Very sorry for the delay.
VH now has Mercury back under control, and The Guild has purchased a colony with attached booster in orbit of same. Should be interesting to see if VH can stop it!
Two particular things: I belatedly removed Seraphim and gave VP to the people who attacked it and repair days and all that. Sorry guys!

Update mostly done, Seraphim battle is still extant.
On another note, I’m reverting the NPC VP changes this weekend. It’s true that they arn’t as useful for holding off high level players now, but on the other hand, NPCs arn’t supposed to be able to match players 1 on 1, but rather provide support for defending PCs.
