Clarified the movement rules to note that you may participate in a battle after moving onto a ship/base that gets attacked. Currently we were letting people do this when attacking but not when defending, which is counterintuitive and ass backwards.

This small thing has affected a number of events and it stacks things slightly in favor of attackers; to make two examples here, Scarth’s attack on Mombasa and the more recent Dusterlagune assault on the Karaba fleet.
