Every writer other than Chan and Ravage has been fined 50k for no-show tonight. When I go to the writer’s board at 10:30 PM, I shouldn’t be seeing a grand total of one battle out of a bunch finished and posted.
Chan gets off since he’s on break, and Ravage gets off since he always has class late on Wenesday nights.
Also, henceforth, no writer will be paid for a battle that is finished after midnight if they took that battle before midnight. Writing salary has also been doubled, hopefully it will spur the writers on a bit.
I’ll do what I can about the update tonight, but I am not pleased about all those battles. If they arn’t done when I get up tomorrow afternoon, then the RPG will be paused tomorrow.
I don’t like having to be an asshole like this. I am generally a fairly laid back guy. But this shit with the battles has gotten completely out of control.

Right. I did all the stuff from last Wenesday. All the HRL people headed to Satyricon are at 7 days from Sol.
Tonight, no matter what happens, the RPG is open, even if I have to lash myself to my office chair.
As an apology for having the RPG paused for two days (though I realize it felt longer because of when those two days were…) I’ve advanced everyone’s status by two days, more or less. Time to earn your pay, writers ;p
Finally, everyone congratulate Tian on the first second upgrade of the RPG, Masurao Susanowo. Been waiting for this the whole RPG, and I will murder whoever prevents me from writing it’s first duel or event.
Also, Marcus, Chris, and Andrew: I am still working on the Aviary event in dribs and drabs.

It seems like every day, whatever I have seems to come up with a new symptom to throw at me. Well, no more of that. Tomorrow I’m going to go to the doc and get some antibiotics. This has gone on entirely too long.

Okay, so the first time I actually have to do this is the day I get home at midnight on Sunday.
Here’s what’s done:
All payments to all players and battle writers is taken care of. All movement and statuses are taken care of. I have NOT added in the VP gains from Wednesday’s update, and I also have not added any new people. Also, if a movement action was sent on Wednesday, I probably was unable to get to that.
There are a few areas that will have to wait for Troika to get to, he’ll be able to spot them by the way I left the status on the players.
Okay, well then… off I go to the rest of my day.
RPG paused today as I seem to have come down with one nasty virus.

I’d like to apologize for all the roster errors and so forth I’ve been making lately. This isn’t really acceptable for this sort of thing and I will try to do better in the future. Don’t feel bad about nagging me about this kind of thing– it is, after all, supposed to be my job.
