The site is, essentially complete; all that needs doing is for me, Vlad, Marcus, and Robert to make a ton of bases and fleets. As such, joining is now open; the RPG officially starts on April 20.
The shop is up, as is the map and the simbase rules and all of that. Note that movement rules for Earth are changed slightly; you may wish to consult accordingly.
Joining will be open all this week.
