I shall explain the reasoning behind each side’s salary as follows.

ESA: Their economy is awesome, and their special thing is getting paid more than anyone.

HRL: They control a very large amount of land, and thus get a slightly higher than normal salary.

Atlantic Federation: The ‘median’ salary.

SRA and ZAFT: They get slightly less than average, since they each have a much smaller tax base.

Rogues: Freedom has it’s price. Unfortunately for you, that price is having the lowest salary. Rogues have other ways to make money, though, so I think it will be alright.
