Two long-overdue rules updates: first off, I’ve implemented the newbie boost program. Anyone who has VP less than that of an L3 NPC will recieve doubled VP gains until they are at that level. This will adjust along with the VP of L3 pilots.

Second, you may no longer remotely purchase ships or things for ships/fleets. Sorry, EU players, you can’t buy gigantic battlefleets from halfway around the world anymore.
