Tieren
Role: General purpose
Environs: Land
Fixed armaments: 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; carbon blade, stored on back, hand-carried in use; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, etc), mounted in torso
Optional fixed armaments: 200mm machine cannon, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, hand-operated; 380mm bazooka, magazine-fed, 8 rounds per magazine, mounted on either arm, hand-operated
Optional hand armaments: shotgun, pump-action, 5 round magazine
The Tieren is the Human Reform League’s standard, no-frills mobile suit, and one of the first mobile suits deployed since the Interregnum in general. It is rather spartan in construction, with primitive electronics and targeting systems, but makes up for its simplicity with extremely heavy armor protection and a heavy, rapid-firing cannon, as well as prodigious physical strength, though its mobility leaves much to be desired. Its lack of complicated accouterments makes it quite popular with mechanics in isolated, backwater League bases.

Tieren Flight Type
Role: General purpose
Environs: Land, Air
Fixed armaments: 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; carbon blade, stored on back, hand-carried in use; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, etc), mounted in torso
Optional fixed armaments: 200mm machine cannon, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, hand-operated; 380mm bazooka, magazine-fed, 8 rounds per magazine, mounted on either arm, hand-operated
Optional hand armaments: shotgun, pump-action, 5 round magazine
A Tieren fitted with a flight pack, enabling it to take to the air. It can fly with good speed, but its maneuverability is lacking due to the Tieren’s prodigious weight. League commanders tend to use the Flight Type more as a means of quickly dispatching the otherwise slow-moving Tierens to the front, as well as attacking stationary ground targets, rather than for air dominance work.
Cost: 30,000
Tieren High Mobility Type
Role: General purpose
Environs: Land, Amphibious
Fixed armaments: 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; carbon blade, stored on back, hand-carried in use; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, etc), mounted in torso
Optional fixed armaments: 200mm long barrel machine cannon, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, mounts carbon blade, hand-operated; 380mm bazooka, magazine-fed, 8 rounds per magazine, mounted on either arm, hand-operated
Optional hand armaments: shotgun, pump-action, 5 round magazine
The High Mobility Type is an entirely different progression from the original, mounting jet engines in its legs to hover at speed rather than achieve flight. This provides it with precipitously improved mobility, negating much of the Tieren’s sluggishness while retaining most of its excellent armor protection. It can also travel over relatively smooth bodies of water. Its cannon is upgraded with a long barrel and features an integrated carbon blade for hand-to-hand combat.
Cost: 35,000
Tieren Space Type
Role: Space superiority
Environs: Space, Land
Fixed armaments: 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; carbon blade, stored on back, hand-carried in use; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, carbon nets, gel packs, etc), mounted in torso
Optional fixed armaments: 200mm x 25 smoothbore gun/blade, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, hand-operated
The Tieren Space Type is as much a sign of the League’s rather “back burner” interest in the space theater as it is their lack of ingenuity. In spite of its ungainly size and massive weight, the Space Type is something of a triumph of thrust over mass with powerful vernier engines mounted all over its body and large fuel tanks to keep them powered, providing it with surprisingly good mobility. Its multi-launchers can fire nets and gel packs to hinder faster-moving targets.
Cost: 35,000
Tieren Cannon Type
Role: Support
Environs: Land
Fixed armaments: 300mm long range cannon, mounted over head; 2 x 30mm machine gun, mounted in torso
The Tieren Cannon’s enormous piece of artillery is designed to flatten even well-protected enemy targets from great distance, reflecting the League’s preference for massive firepower and utter lack of subtlety. The Tieren must be braced before it can fire its main weapon, and its mobility suffers due to the heavy weight and high center of gravity, so it is essentially mandated to be a rear-line unit.
Cost: 40,000
Tieren Antiaircraft Type
Role: Support
Environs: Land
Fixed armaments: 4 x 155mm antiaircraft cannon, mounted over head; 4 x 4-tube antiaircraft missile launcher, mounted in pairs on shoulders; 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, etc), mounted in torso; 22 x smoke discharger
Optional fixed armaments: 60mm 6-barrel air-cooled vulcan gun, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, mounts carbon blade, hand-operated
The League’s lack of air power is countered to some extent by a Tieren outfitted as a self-propelled antiaircraft system. Quadruple rapid-firing cannons and a heavy vulcan gun, all radar-guided, enable it to put up a withering field of fire against aircraft and flying mobile suits, with missiles offering an added punch to targets at higher altitudes. Its cannons can also tear apart lightly armored mobile suits on the ground just fine, though it must be stationary to fire, and its mobility is reduced compared to the standard Tieren’s due to its high profile.
Cost: 45,000
Tieren All-Region Type
Role: General purpose, all-environment
Environs: Land, Air, Space
Fixed armaments: 30mm machine gun, mounted in left side of torso; 2 x multi-launcher (smoke grenades, grappling lines, etc), mounted in torso
Optional fixed armaments: 200mm machine cannon, drum-fed, mounted on either arm, mounts double carbon blade, hand-operated; 380mm bazooka, magazine-fed, 8 rounds per magazine, mounted on either arm, hand-operated
Optional hand armaments: GN beam rifle/saber, 20 round charge
An updated Tieren featuring technology derived from the development of the Ahead, it is based around the body of the High Mobility Type, with additional engines installed to achieve sustained flight with superior handling similar to the Ahead. Its mobility is significantly improved over all previous Tieren models, and it can operate on Earth or space equally well.
Cost: 50,000
Trilobite
Role: Sea superiority
Environs: Sea (submersible)
Fixed Armaments: claw arm x 2, GN torpedo, GN ramming blade x 1
Looking to not only eliminate their lack of sea power, but to overtake the ESA and Atlantic Federation, the League has developed the Trilobite. A mobile armor developed with the intent of dominating the oceans, the Trilobite is armed rather simply, with a pair of claw-tipped arms for limited melee combat and puncturing the hulls of submarines and ships and GN Torpedos, which are propelled with GN particles, allowing them much greater speed and armor penetration. A trio of unsynchonized GN Drives give the Trilobite incredible speed and diving depth, as well as decent durability.
Trilobites take up two spaces rather than one in a ship or hangar.

Elite
GNX-III
Role: General purpose, all-environment
Environs: Land, Air, Space
Fixed armaments: 2 x GN beam saber, stored in waist, hand-carried in use; 2 x GN vulcan gun, fire-linked, mounted in head
Optional fixed armaments: GN shield, mounted on either arm
Optional hand armaments: GN beam rifle x 1, GN Lance w/Rifle, GN bazooka, Anti-Beam Grenade x 1
Though the leaders of the League were impressed with the combat performance of the Ahead, several problems presented themselves. Most notably, the incredible cost of manufacturing the advanced mobile suit and training pilots that could handle itmade producing it in large numbers extremely cost-prohibitive, and the difficulty in handling the Ahead meant training pilots took a long time. This problem led to only a couple of dozen units being produced across the Earth Sphere. An answer, however, has been found in the GNX-III. Pronounced “Jinx 3″, the GNX-III is superior the Tieren All-Region Type in terms of durability, and performance, while still being cheaper to produce than the Ahead as well as being easier to handle. Most of its weaponry is similar to the Ahead with the exception of the GN Lance, which combines a GN-particle infused solid lance with 4 rapid fire beam guns. Due to it’s properties, the lance is capable of penetrating most known barrier systems. This cheapness is not without issues, however: it is substantially less mobile and durable than the Ahead, and if it’s lance is destroyed, it will have lost most of it’s ranged weapons.

Ahead
Role: General purpose, all-environment
Environs: Land, Air, Space
Fixed armaments: 2 x GN beam saber, stored in shoulders, hand-carried in use; 2 x 30mm GN vulcan gun, fire-linked, mounted in head
Optional fixed armaments: GN shield, mounted on either arm
Optional hand armaments: GN beam submachine gun, modifiable into GN beam rifle/saber; GN bazooka, magazine-fed, 7 rounds per magazine; GN missile container
The Ahead is the League’s most advanced mobile suit, based around the mysterious GN Drives that have recently begun being uncovered. The Ahead’s GN Drive allows it to operate a variety of beam weapons, making it on par with most modern weapons fielded by other armies, as well as granting it flight and the ability to operate in most environments with excellent mobility. Though significantly skinnier than the bulky Tieren, the infusion of GN particles in the Ahead’s armor make its durability equivalent and much more effective against beam weapons.

Ships
Laoho
MS Capacity: 12
Armament: 20-tube missile launcher x 3
Environs: Space
The Laoho utilizes modular containers along its central axis to store mobile suits for transport, allowing it to quickly deploy its entire contingent if need be. It is armed with missile launchers for defense as well as supporting its mobile suits, though it is quite sluggish in terms of mobility. The bridge module can be ejected if the spine or engine block’s integrity is compromised.
Cost: 200,000
GN Battlecruiser
MS Capacity: 8 (or 6 and 1 mobile armor)
Armament: 4 x 4-barrel GN beam cannon; GN missile VLS
The League’s new mainline space combat ship, the GN Battlecruiser features heavy firepower and excellent mobility as well as a slim profile. Its systems are derived from research on the Ahead, and it is likewise powered by several mysterious GN Drives; its armor is particle-impregnated, making it more resistant to incoming beam weapons. Due to its lack of close-in weapons, the ship is dependent on its mobile suits for local defense, though its rapid-firing and quick-tracking main guns have caught more than a few enemy mobile suits unawares.
Cost: 1,800,000
Hannibal
MS capacity: 36
Catapults: 4 (air launch only)
Armament: 4 x 2-barrel beam cannon; 10 x 2-barrel antiaircraft machine gun; 32 x smoke dispenser
Environs: Land
Essentially a massive tank, Alliance observers have described the Hannibal as “an aircraft carrier built on tracks”. Its boxy, heavily armored body contains several enormous hangars for storing great numbers of mobile suits, which it can launch quickly thanks to multiple entry and retrieval hatches; small landing pads are provided for retrieving flying mobile suits. It is also well armed for defense and sports several beam cannons for providing long-range support of its mobile suits. The Hannibal’s overall speed is extremely lacking, as one might imagine.
Cost: 2,000,000
GN Land Battleship
MS capacity: 12
Armament: 8 x GN beam cannon; 6 x 16-tube missile launcher
Environs: Land, Air
The League’s GN Land Battleship is something of a misnomer. The engines powered by its GN Drives, also derived from research done on the Ahead, not only allow it to hover at a respectable speed, but to achieve low altitude flight as well, imparting mobility much greater than the land-bound Hannibal. It is also well armed with its GN beam cannons, though its armor protection and mobile suit capacity are significantly reduced compared to its older predecessor.
