| Noviliar Noviliar has been fashioned amidst the towering ruins of a great, Sun Elven city that was first created before the 'Kinslayer Wars.' However, it was toppled by the Wild Elves and in turn used to their own ends. The vaulted spires and walls provide great lookout points for archers and watchmen alike. Also, its proximity to the Plains of Hej allow for sufficient farming to take place. Noviliar is the sole Wild Elven city that was not completely made in tandem with nature. |
