Walls Settlements may be defended by walls if the owner so chooses. However, if they wish to add walls, they must keep in mind that it is a long term investment. For every increase in class, so to must the grade in wall be upgraded. One may choose to buy a higher grade for a lower class, but it can never be the other way around. The prices and times are dependant upon whether the walls are new or being upgraded. |
