Walls
Settlements may be defended by walls if the owner so chooses. However, if they wish to add walls, they must keep in mind that it is a long term investment. For every increase in class, so to must the grade in wall be upgraded. One may choose to buy a higher grade for a lower class, but it can never be the other way around. The prices and times are dependant upon whether the walls are new or being upgraded.

Settlement Classes
The size of a settlement dictates its class. Certain amounts of specific buildings are required to reach a certain Class with your settlement.
The Mason's Guild
The Mason's Guild is designed to hasten the time of construction and allow free range of motion for characters. For an additional $1,000 gold on top of the original construction cost per building, the Mason's Guild will aid you in constructing whatever it is you desire. They are headed by Guildmaster Bayoon.
