What do you guys think about certain ships not having minovski particle generators, such as Medeas or Jukons. And maybe a service for M particle fields in environments with no ships. DISCUSS Am I to assume this is a one shot, per battle thing? If it is then sounds fine, it's kind of like a smokescreen. Otherwise if it's like what Dan is talking about I don't like it, sounds like too much work. Also doesn't any unit that can mount missiles have the option of using M-Particle bombs? Isn't this service a bit redundant? |

Only PC units can change missiles, and only ships can even use unique missiles (and maybe one or two planes)

What about this.
MS Teams: An MS team can consist of up to 4 units, or 6 if they are entirely vehicles/infantry. An MS team in space can consist of up to 2 units, or 3 if they are entirely vehicles/infantry.
EF Rule - Every EF Battleship in space can carry up to 2 additional vehicles or mobile suits.
Zeon Rule - Every Zeon Battleship can carry up to 1 additional vehicle, mobile suit or mobile armor.
Fleet support - 6 vehicle slots and 3 mobile armor slots on Earth. 10 Balls in Space for EF only.
Gallop - Hangar changed from 4 MS 1 Infantry to 4 MS 2 Infantry
Gaw - Changed from Battleship to Carrier
Medea - Hangar changed from 3 MS 1 vehicle to 3 MS 1 vehicle OR 6 aircraft.

Because frankly, its not like it is that special, I can hold as much as a MS team, I have almost no weapons currently, the only bonus I have is that I can para drop. I am target able when damaged, and I have to buy my own replacement if I die. |

I like the new suggestions Ket excpet that I don't think the EF/Zeon Battleship rules need to change.

And to think, he only gets a massive salary and the opportunity to boss around NPCs and PCs (if they're RPing correctly). |

I don't think Zeon should be able to put an extra MS in what was a special rule to help them field MA more easily.
Giving the Federation another free MS slot would also seem to unbalance things. (See Gray's post with math a few back)
This rule is also at least somewhat canonical and I think it should stay that way.

Well perhaps it would work for large ships like Magellans but I was thinking more of the Salamis/Musai comparision.

Well if you put it that way the changes go hand in hand.
If you allow MS teams then ships should have a larger hanger capacity and if you don't they shouldn't.
