Rogue shop
Rogues can purchase things from either shop for +25% to the cost, as long as those things aren't services. They do, however, get their own shop, representing the things the 7 diplomatic powers sell to wealthy civilians, as well as a few services of their own and a small black market. The Rogue shop is split up into Compounds, Vehicles/Mobile Weapons, Shuttlecraft, Cargo, Services and Variants. After the cost of each item it tells which company sells it and where it can be purchased.

Note: Many of the items in this shop do not have descriptions. This is because they are direct copies of things on the Federal or Zeon shop at different prices. Look there for details.

Compounds
Fortification - 250 RP - Sold by Black Market on Earth - can buy locations from either shop, or add-ons at +25% to cost.
Space Colony - 1500 RP - Sold by Colony Management Corporation at any Side but Side 3 or 6, or Riah Republic at Side 6 - comes with no worker MS
Sealed Space Colony - 1600 RP - Sold by Colony Management Corporation or Duchy of Zeon on Side 3 - comes with no worker MS
A Lunar city (counts as urban moon base, comes with no worker MS) - 1500 RP - Sold by Lunar Management Corporation on Moon
Mine - 750 RP - Sold by Black Market on Earth.

Vehicles/Mobile Weapons

Med - 4 RP - Sold by Anaheim Electronics on La Vie En Rose
Anaheim Electronics construction pod, the Med carries no weaponry, and is good for little other than fixing colony wear and tear.
Armor Rating: 1
Maneuverability Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0

Junior Mobile Suit - 4 RP - Sold by JDEG at 5 days from Earth with action to purchase, or on Jupiter fleets, or on Axis
A reinforced body suit sold by the JDEG, the Jupiter Mobile Suit is a construction pod, but militant colonists have been known to use them with handheld weapons.
Armor Rating: .5
Maneuverability Rating: S-2 G-1 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-1 G-1 A-0 W-0

Zuck - 4 RP - Sold by Riah Republic at Side 6
Although the Zuck resembles the Dracken E, it is in reality just the Riah Republics construction pod.
Armor Rating: 1.5
Maneuverability Rating: S-1.5 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-1.5 G-0 A-0 W-0

Construction pod - 4 RP - Sold by Earth Federation at any spaceborne EF territory
What a Ball is before it becomes a Ball, this is the standard pod used for repairing EF colonies
Armor Rating: .5
Maneuverability Rating: S-2.5 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0

Petite Mobile Suit - 4 RP - Sold by LMC on the moon
The LMC's version of the Junior Mobile Suit, other than basic looks this suit is pretty much the same.
Armor Rating: .5
Maneuverability Rating: S-1 G-2 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-1 G-1 A-0 W-0

Zaku head - 4 RP - sold by Duchy of Zeon on any spaceborne Duchy territory
A frank insult towards the EF's Construction Pods, the Zaku head is nearly identical, except that the pod is made from Zaku spareparts.
Armor Rating: 1
Maneuverability Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-2.5 G-0 A-0 W-0

Cattle - 9 RP - Sold by CMC on any side
Probably the most well equipped construction pod, the CMC's Cattle has multiple manipulator arms, and also arms a very low powered, short range beam gun for spot-welding.
Armor Rating: 1.5
Maneuverability Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-2 G-0 A-0 W-0

Dragonfly with equipped 25mm vulcan - 6 RP - Sold by Black Market
A small proppeller plane, this can reasonably be taken for any 20th century attack fighter. It can optionally arm 2 outdated, low-yield missiles or bombs.
Armor Rating: .5
Maneuverability Rating: S-0 G-0 A-4 W-0
Speed Rating: S-0 G-0 A-4 W-0

Ball - 5 RP - Sold by Black Market
Some space militants like to buy a construction pod from the EF and refit it as a Ball themselves. Others like to buy Balls from the EF through illegal channels. Take your pick.

Depagg Mobile Gun Carrier - 11 RP - Sold by Earth Federation on any land EF territory
An old, old tank used in the beginning of the war, the Deppag is a multi-legged walker with a 30mm gatling attached. This item can also serve for any outdated 20th century tank, as well.
Armor Rating: 1.5
Maneuverability Rating: S-0 G-4 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-0 G-3 A-0 W-0

Torieres Fighter - 11 RP - Sold by Earth Federation on any spaceborne EF territory
The Saberfish sucks, but the sad part is it was an upgrade of the Torieres. Equipped only with 4 25mm vulcans, the Torieres Space Fighter is sold by the EF at high prices to any merchant who thinks they need a bodyguard.
Armor Rating: 3
Maneuverability Rating: S-4.5 G-0 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-8 G-0 A-0 W-0

Dracken E - 13 RP - Sold by Riah Republic on Side 6
The official defence suit of Side 6, the Dracken E is essentially a modified Zuck equipped with armor plating, a miniature beam saber, and usually a large, anti-armor troop weapon, such as a 36mm handheld rocket launcher. Though they've never actually been used, the Dracken E is at least a step up from a Zuck.
Armor Rating: 2
Maneuverability Rating: S-2.5 G-1.5 A-0 W-0
Speed Rating: S-2.5 G-1.5 A-0 W-0

Zaku Worker - 36 RP - Sold by Duchy of Zeon on any Duchy territory
When the Zaku II C went out of service, many parts of it and the Zaku I B were used to create Zaku Workers. Although unarmed, a Zaku Worker, just based on size and mass, can most likely take down a Dracken E.
Armor Rating: 5
Maneuverability rating: S-6 G-6 A-2 W-3
Speed Rating: S-6 G-5 A-3 W-2

Zaku I A - 44 RP - Sold by Black Market
By the time the Zaku II F was in mass production, the Zaku I A was completely outdated, and the duchy sold a lot of them to not quite the most sincere of hobbyists. It's not all that unlikely that one found its way into your hands. If NPC piloted these can only arm 105mm machineguns, but if PC piloted they may arm heat hawks and up to 3 cracker grenades, as well.

Zaku II C - 55 RP - Sold by Black Market
The Antarctic Treaty prompted Zeons reconstruction of its entire military, having to scrap for parts or sell some 900 Zaku II C's. Luckily a few made it to the Black Market. Essentially a Zaku II F with bulky anti-radiation plating, this model behaves like a II F, but is a little slower. It's armed the same as a Zaku I B.
Armor Rating: 7
Maneuverability rating: S-5.5 G-5 A-2 W-3
Speed Rating: S-6 G-4 A-2.5 W-2

Ships

Heavy Truck (Land Transport) - 180 RP - Sold by Black Market on Earth
A Soviet-made Ruisch 8 x 8 military tractor. This extremely large, articulated truck was originally used for moving multiple tanks, but a beefed-up transmission and engine, along with extended trailer, allow it to haul most full-size mobile suits with comparitive ease. This can hold one mobile suit or piece of cargo.

Hausenka (Space Shuttle) - 180 RP - Sold by LMC on the Moon
Just a small civilian shuttlecraft, the Hausenka can hold no mobile suits, and very little cargo, only having space for one item.

Escape Launch (Space Shuttle) - 180 RP - Sold by Earth Federation on any EF territory
Almost not fit to go through an atmosphere, the Escape Launch holds no mobile suits, but can carry one piece of cargo.

Lifeboat (Space Shuttle) - 180 RP - Sold by Duchy of Zeon on any Duchy territory
The Duchy version of the Escape Launch, the Lifeboat performs exactly the same, but is a small bit more durable and well-designed, like most Duchy items.

AN-224 or similar Cargo Aircraft (Airborne Transport) - 270 RP - Sold by Black Market on Earth
The AN-224 was the largest cargo airplane of the 20th century. Capable of carrying two mobile suits or pieces of cargo, if anything shoots at it it'll go down like a Zeppelin, but it is capable of making 2 actions a day on Earth. One note though, is that it cannot deploy its weapons in mid-air, making it horribly succeptible to ambushes.

Colony Corporation Shuttle (Space Shuttle) - 270 RP - Sold by CMC on any Side
Although only capable of carrying one piece of Cargo and no mobile suits, the CC Shuttle is more durable than something like a Hausenka

Temptation - 270 RP (Space Shuttle) - Sold by Anaheim Electronics on La Vie En Rose
Anaheim Electronics is always trying to compete, and so has made the Temptation. Although it looks different, it operates identically to a CC Shuttle.

Space Boat (Soace Transport) - 270 RP - Sold by Riah Republic on Side 6
The Spaceboat is open-ended and cannot enter an atmosphere, but has a large enough hold to carry an MS, or the obligatory Cargo piece.

Tugboat (Space Shuttle) - 360 RP - Sold by Riah Republic on Side 6
The Tugboat is the main ship of the Riah Republic. It can tow an MS or piece of Cargo or even another ship that isn't working, and may enter an atmosphere, but as it has no hold of its own it cannot enter an atmosphere while towing something.

Ginga (Space Shuttle) - 450 RP - Sold by CMC on any Side
An actual, real transport craft, the Ginga can carry an MS or piece of Cargo inside of it, and enter/exit an atmosphere.

Enterprise (Space Shuttle) - 450 RP - Sold by LMC on the Moon
Essentially a modern Space Shuttle, the Enterprise is almost identical to the Ginga, but looks a tad different.

Federation Transport Shuttle (Space Shuttle) - 540 RP - Sold by Earth Federation on any EF territory
This is the thing that Shiro went to Earth in in 08th. Not much to look at, this can carry two fighters, balls or cargo, or one mobile suit.

HLV (Space Shuttle) - 540 RP - Sold by Duchy of Zeon on any Duchy territory
The big and bulky transport craft of the Duchy, the HLV can carry 3 pieces of cargo, mobile suits, what-have-you. However, it is a one-use craft, and can only have its course set once. After that, you must pay 50 RP to refuel it.

Bladewood (Space Shuttle) - 675 RP - Sold by Anaheim Electronics on La Vie En Rose
Probably the best of the shuttlecrafts, Anaheim Electronics Bladewood has two cargo holds, allowing it to carry two pieces of Cargo or Mobile weapons and still enter or exit an atmosphere.

Republic Patrol Craft (Space Ship) - 750 RP - Sold by Riah Republic on Side 6 to Militia only
An actual, serious, dedicated combat vessel, the Republic Patrol Craft mounts a 4-barreled front-firing beam gun, small 2-barreled MPC turret, and can carry 2 mobile suits and 2 balls/fighters, or 4 pieces of cargo.

Interplanetary Transport Craft (Space Transport) - 900 RP - Sold by JDEG on 5 days from Earth with an action, the Jupiter Fleets, or Axis
A small cargo ship with a single Ion engine used by the JDEG, the Interplanetary Transport craft can carry no Mobile Suits, but six pieces of Cargo.

Thousandth Jupiter (Space Transport) - 9000 RP - Sold by JDEG on 5 days from Earth with an action, the Jupiter Fleets, or Axis
An absolutely monstrous ship, the Thousandth Jupiter is nearly the size of a colony. It can carry 18 mobile weapons in addition to 100 pieces of Cargo.

Cargo

Spare Parts - 50 RP - Sold by JDEG on 4 days from Earth with an action, the Jupiter Fleets, or Axis
If your mobile suit is damaged while you have a ship nearby with Spare Parts on it, it will repair normally and the Spare Parts will be used.

Helium 3 - 100 RP - Sold by JDEG on 5 days from Earth with an action, the Jupiter Fleets, or Axis
A large container of the more-important-than-air Helium 3, this piece of Cargo can be sold on Earth for 200 RP.

Rogue Services

Transport to or From Earth - 100 RP - Sold by Colony Management Corporation
This, travelling on your own ship, or being allied with the Duchy or EF, is the only way a Rogue may get on or off of Earth.

Hacker Contact
Occasionally information from a sides comm lines is picked up by one side, and it's possible to hack into enemy databases as well. This counts as an action, and for every 20 RP spent one random word will be gleaned from a sides basic trooper message board.

Technician Contact - 100 RP.
It is possible to find a buddy who can help you repair your mobile suit. It counts as an action to purchase this, and once purchased your mobile suit will repair normally till you move. If you are attacked however, the Technician may very well die. This can only be purchased on Earth or a Side.

Terrorist Contact - 100 RP
Terrorism is the way of the Rogue. Any time you engage in an Installation Attack, you may purchase up to three Terrorist planted bombs, which can be placed on one Add on, defence or mobile weapon of your choice. Success of the bombs, or whether they go off at all, will vary, however.

Merchant Contact - 100 RP
It's possible to bribe a Merchant into letting him take you through a Blockade unnoticed. If you purchase this the day you move through a Blockade, your chances of being caught will lessen dramatically.

Militant Contact - 100 RP
If you spend an action to seek out a local group of anti-Government militants, your reward may just be to be protected by them. Once you purchase this, if you are attacked before you move you will be defended as if you were on the militants compound. They will have up to 4 anti armor defences, of either 25mm gatlings or handheld anti-tank rocket launchers. It only counts as one action to purchase this and the Technician Contact. This can only be purchased on Earth.

Ball Flight Support - 90 RP
This service can be purchased whenever you Battle. For each purchase up to two purchases, 6 Balls will be sent to give you fire support approx. 1 minute after the battle starts. This can only be purchased by members of the Riah militia, and only on Side 6.

Salvage Service - 100 RP
Some people, even more desperate for cash than Rogues, tend to scour old battlefields looking for spare parts. For a price, these people can search the area for you, perhaps giving you pieces that will turn out to be kitbashable into perfectly good mobile suits. Other times all you may end up with are spare parts. This counts as an action.

Variants
These work like Federation and Duchy ship Variants. It takes the ship one action to modify its statistics, and it can only do so an Installation (or Fortification) that the Rogue or their Team, or another Rogue who has given them permission owns. Like usual, ships can be modified at La Vie En Rose, but only for +25% to the asking price. Any ship can get each modification once. Another note is that Federal and Zeon ship Variants cannot be purchased by Rogues under any circumstances.

Improved Armor - 250 RP
This modification will somewhat improve the ships armor all around.

Improved Engines - 250 RP
This modification will somewhat improve the ships speed all around.

Improved Hangar - 250 RP
This modification will add 1 MS to the ships hangar capacity.

Improved Anti-Ship Weaponry - 250 RP
This modification will add a single 2-barelled MPC turret to the ships arsenal.

Improved Sensors - 250 RP
This modification will make the ship a Detector unit.

Improved Anti-Aircraft Weaponry - 250 RP
This modification will add 2 AA machinegun turrets to the ship.

Improved Cargo Space - 100 RP
This modification will add 1 Cargo to the space the ship can hold.
