Training
Training is good for those moments when you are going to be on vacation for a week or so, and you still want to keep your character at optimal power and performance. What you can do is sign your character up for a week long training session that will keep you power increase on the positive side. You may only train your character for one week a month.

There is a slight difference between training at a base and training by yourself. Training at a base is more effective. You cannot be interrupted by your attackers and you can set a difficulty level on your training. Training by yourself merits a set power level in all cases.

The chomp-busting trainer of Daredevil, Stick has trained his disciples to mimic the attributes of a given element, such as smoke or stone. Thus, those who benefit his training recieve higher pain tolerance and increased grace.
