What you can do is sign your character up for a week long training session that will keep you power increase on the positive side. You may only train your character for one week a month. |

| There is a slight difference between training at a base and training by yourself. Training at a base is more effective. You cannot be interrupted by your attackers and you can set a difficulty level on your training. Training by yourself merits a set power level in all cases. |
